Rates & Availability
Rates are per week and for a maximum of 12 people. We have one cot and one travel cot. The rates include the following:
- All bed linen, bath towels, pool towels (beach towels not included)
- Wi Fi
- Electricity
- Gas
The house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis between 1st May–30th September. Outside these times shorter rental periods may be possible. Please contact us if this might be the case.

Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is 10am.
In addition to the weekly rental price, housekeeping and cleaning are charged at £100 per week. This covers the cost of cleaning, pool cleaning, changing all the beds, rubbish collection.
Should you require extra cleaning during the rental period, this can easily be arranged in advance when you place your booking. The cost will depend on the amount you require.
For stays of two weeks, there will be a charge of £50 for cleaning on the middle Saturday. This will usually take place on Saturday morning.
All prices are in £GBP although payment in EURO is possible by bank transfer (using the current exchange rate).
All payments to be made by BACS or International bank transfer. Payments can also be completed by PayPal (4% additional charge).
Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. Deposits are non refundable unless the booking is cancelled 6 months before the arrival date.
A security deposit is payable with each booking of £200. This is returned on departure date taking into account any damages at the property.
